ECHO PPT-280 Telescoping Pole Saw Power Pruner Review

This video is a demonstration and review of the Echo PPT-280 Power Pruner. I am using this saw for the very first time and show you exactly how it works in an honest review. The saw has a 12″ bar and is powered by a 28.1cc Power Boost Vortex Engine.

The saw can go up to 158″ in overall length. The hook underneath the saw part is a branch extractor, which helps remove troublesome branches.

A few things I’ve learned about using the saw is to make sure you have a firm footing when cutting and to never use it while on a ladder, for safety reasons. Also, make sure to keep a safe distance from other people and any electrical lines.
